I have not received the serial code for my product

Two days ago I bought Mesh4CAD 2007 - Mesh to solid product to convert a polygon mesh entity into a 3d solid and till now I have not received the serial code to unlock your AutoCAD application for mesh to solid conversion. How many days do I need to wait more for the serial code?

Usually we process any new order and send the serial code to unlock our software in one business day. It means that only in exceptional situations this procedure may be delayed. However we continuously enhance our internal infrastructure and system procedures to limit the time between your order and our e-mail response.

There is also a possibility that our e-mail with the serial code to Mesh4CAD - Mesh to solid application was already sent and stays now in the spam folder in your mailbox as per your email account settings. To exclude this possibility you need just to check this folder in your mailbox for the presence of our e-mail with the serial code.
